What is the production time?
We complete the order in approx. 10 business days* from the finalization/acceptance of the graphic design.
*The production time may be longer depending on the quantity of the order or during periods of high demand, e.g. Christmas. If you need gifts for a specific date, let us know as soon as possible (preferably when placing the order).
How much do the gifts cost?
The cost of the order depends on its quantity. Send us an inquiry and we will respond with a quote.
Can I ask for a visualization?
Absolutely. We will prepare it for free, without obligation. Changes and corrections are also possible. : ) All you need to do is send us the brandbook, graphic files, logotype, guidelines and/or anything else that will help us best reflect your vision.
Remember that the visualization is illustrative and the colors on the screen may differ slightly from the physical version of the product.
We work quickly - after the design is accepted, we cannot make changes because we start production immediately. Before you confirm the visualization, make sure that everything is according to your idea.
Can I prepare the design myself?
Of course. We can provide design templates for each of our products. Just remember 2 things:
1. Stick to our guidelines.
2. Without a graphic design of your branding, we cannot start production, so the time of the entire order may depend on it!
What plants can be included in my growing gift?
Most plants that grow from seeds are suitable for growing gifts: flowers, herbs, shrubs. We will be happy to help you choose a species for the occasion. Here is a list of our bestsellers:
